    The 2008 Central Coast Regional Strategy is the current NSW Government's long term land use plan for the region, which covers the Gosford City and Wyong Shire local government areas. The Regional Strategy contains policies and actions designed to cater for the region's projected housing and employment growth to 2031.
  • Regional Action Plan

    Developed with the assistance of the community, the Central Coast Regional Action Plan identifies the action the NSW Government will priorities over the next two years.
  • State Priorities

    NSW 2021: The NSW Government’s ten year plan to rebuild the economy, provide quality services, renovate infrastructure, restore Government accountability and strengthen our local environment and communities.  It’s a plan to make NSW number one.
  • Central Coast Telework Strategy 2014-2020

    The Central Coast Telework Strategy aims to leverage the digital economy to foster a new workforce participation model. The goal of the Strategy is to create one million days of telework on the Central Coast by 2020.
  • Central Coast Tourism Opportunity Plan

    The Central Coast Tourism Opportunity Plan identifies forty-four investment and infrastructure opportunities that are vital to meeting future visitors' expectations and demands. Five of these opportunities are classified as catalyst projects, delivering significant support to sustainable tourism growth and economic development in the region.

  • Darkinjung Strategic Land Management Plan

    The Darkinjung Local Aboriginal Land Council has developed a Strategic Land Management Plan to ensure that opportunities that exist are realised.

  • Regional Economic Development and Employment Strategy

    The Regional Economic Development and Employment Strategy recommended the development of the REDES. The REDES is a coordinated government and industry approach to support economic development that leads to employment creation on the Central Coast.

    The Central Coast Regional Development Corporation is one of the key stakeholders shaping the REDES process.

    The Central Coast Regional Transport Plan is a 20 year plan for transport infrastructure and services on the Central Coast.
  • Wyong Shire Community Strategic Plan 2030

    Owned by the community, the Wyong Shire Community Strategic Plan provides a roadmap to help achieve the Wyong Shire’s long term vision.  It is set out under the planning themes of community, environment, economy and civic leadership.
